Shipping
We endeavor to process and ship all orders received before noon within 24
hours. Orders received on Friday, or the day before a Holiday, are invoiced
and shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped to the address on
file by UPS. Cut-off for UPS daily pickups is usually 3PM. Please keep your
address current. Average delivery time after UPS pickup, is 5-7 business
days. With some remote delivery points, UPS may schedule delivery only once
or twice a week. Please order in advance of need and allow time for
delivery. If not at home, UPS will try several times to make delivery, in
some cases, depending on area, they will leave package at your door,
otherwise they will leave a note or mail you a notice of attempted
delivery. With no response in 5 days, they will return the package to our
warehouse.
The price includes Shipping per UPS Ground. If you need an expedited delivery,
you may choose, next day - must be arranged by 11AM California time, or
second day, at your cost. At this time, we only ship to the
continental USA. If you receive a box that is visible damaged
don't open it, refuse the shipment and have it returned to us for
replacement, by calling UPS 1-800-742-5877. Once you have opened the box
you will be responsible for the costs of shipping back.
Tracking an Order
 How do I track an order I placed? If you received an email from
QuantumViewNotify@ups.com you can track
it via that email. If you did not receive an email, you will need to call
Flint River Ranch at 800-354-6858. The automated system will allow you to
choose from several categories including UPS shipping issues. (always
remember to press the # key to move forward through the automated system)
Return Policy - 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Within 30 days, if any product fails to meet your expectations for any
reason, it may be returned to Flint River Ranch for a replacement, credit, or refund. Please enclose needed information with the shipment, all returns must be
shipped within 30 days of the order date.
UPS Call Tags:
There is a $5.00 charge to your account for issuing a UPS Return Call Tag
request and it will be deducted from any refund or credit. I did not
receive my order (or auto-ship) and my card was NOT charged?
Chances are your credit card information was incorrect such as you have
an expired or closed card account on file. Call 800-354-6858 and notify FRR
of your new card information and re-place the order. (You may want to have
them track your order first) |
